How will I know my order has been dispatched?
As soon as we've dispatched your order (typically 1-3 working days) you'll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you've chosen. We'll point you in the right direction of tracking the progress of your delivery too.

How will my order be dispatched?
From Monday - Friday orders made before 12pm will be dispatched by courier within 24 hours. Orders made after the 12pm cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day and once again, delivered by the option you chose. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday excluding Bank Holidays.

Upon dispatch you will receive tracking information direct from our courier, (Parcel force) look out for dispatch notifications in your email. If you have provided a mobile telephone number the courier will text you delivery updates that can include estimated time of delivery.

What will happen if I miss the delivery?
The courier will typically reattempt delivery the next working day, if the second delivery fails the courier will leave a card. Simply call or rearrange your delivery online, direct with the courier.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
No need to worry, all item are fully insured. We will arrange to collect and deliver replacement items on a day that suits you.

Change of address?
Once an item has been dispatched the address cannot be changed. We would have to wait until the original item has been returned to our warehouse before dispatching your order again.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us if you wish to return an item. Items must be unused, in a perfect resalable condition and accompanied by a valid order reference.

Wrapping - Returns should be wrapped securely using the same packaging they were received in. The order reference should be clearly displayed on the exterior label. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange for damages caused by insufficient packaging.

Refunds will be applied against the original payment method within 2 working days from the date the return is received. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to show against an account, depending on your bank.

30 Day Duvet Trial T&C’s…

We will give you 30 nights to try out a duvet, the 30 day trial starts from the date of delivery.

If you wish to return the duvet we must be informed no later than the 29th night after delivery. Please contact us here along with your order number, name and original delivery address.

Upon receipt of notification to return, we will contact you and arrange a courier collection on a day of your choice Monday to Friday, free of charge.

The 30 night trial is intended to give you the opportunity to see if you are happy with the duvet and therefore we ask for feedback on why you have returned a duvet as part of any return. If we have grounds to believe that you are returning the duvet for reasons other than because your genuinely dissatisfied with the product we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return, not give you a refund and reserve the right to refuse to sell Products to you in the future, either through the Site or otherwise.

The 30 night trial offer applies to one duvet per household. Any additional products ordered fall under our standard Returns Terms & Conditions.

The 30 night trial is applicable solely to domestic customers only. Commercial operations, charities  and businesses are excluded from the 30 day trial offer.

You may only make and cancel a duvet order once under the 30 night trial. Any subsequent duvets ordered will not have the 30 night trial period.

The Duvet must be returned in it’s original packaging and be boxed.
